I have a monthly subscription for CBD gummies with Exhale Well. I have now amassed a three-month backlog for various reasons.
I wish to suspend shipments and payments for two months to catch up. If this can't be accommodated, I will look to cancel my subscription.

There were issues with my card.
My payment kept getting declined. (Three times.) I called the bank and was told someone had entered a number wrong.
I called Exhale and talked to a customer service representative and got it all straightened out.
Payment went through, thanks to c.s. rep who did an excellent job.

My order number 779731 was ordered on Feb 28. I still havent received it.
Ive called and get hung up on and Ive emailed and dont get the correct response. Customer service sucks.

I used to love the exhale such nice quality and smooth until my last order. I purchased in 4 items in sale $25 each cartridge out of 4 items only one is good.
One is licking and weird tasting.
Another one has a change of color and weir taste as well, and another one look like is frozen it look like broken glass but its not broken almost $100 for only one good items. I am really disappointed not to mention I have been trying to reach the company.

A I was excited when I found your web site. Then utter disappointment.
I have had a time after back surgery, been to pain management, and few results. I ordered a bottle of Delta 10 gummies and 50 mg. THC and a pre-roll. Bottle was intact, glass tube broken.
I sent by email a photo of the broken tube and asked for a replacement, nothing. Then being optimistic, I assumed if I ordered another bottle of the Delta 10, 50 mg.THC and 2 pre-rolls. Well glory be I did receive both pre-rolls and the wrong bottle of gummies! 1500 mg.
CBD and 5.0 MG Delta 9 THC. I called twice on Friday first time 11:30 AM Pacific Time, no phone call returned, once today, nothing till I received this. I did take a monthly subscription, but am for sure considering closing the account, I can suppose you can guess as to why.
